  1. Reminders to all the authors of accepted papers:
    1. Registration

If you have not registered yet, please register yourself in EDAS. Please note though, in order to enjoy the early-bird registration, you will also need to ensure the payment is made before 30th October 2017. Normal rate will be charged for any payment made between 31th October until 24th November 2017. If you need any invoice for the payment, please e-mail micc2017@comvt.org and we will be more than happy to provide you with the necessary invoice. However, please also include the full name and postal address that you want to be included in the invoice. If you are paying from within Malaysia, you may also opt for bank transfer and the information will be provided in the invoice.

Please note that at least one author of an accepted paper must register at FULLRATE even if the author is a student.

Also please note that IEEE Communication Society requires that one of the authors makes the presentation in order for the paper to be published and released to IEEE Xplore. Exceptions are only granted in extraordinary circumstances.

                       B) Tutorial Registration (INCLUDED with FULL REGISTRATION).

Please be informed that all authors of the accepted paper that has registered and paid, they are entitled to attend two tutorials that will be conducted on 28th November 2017. If you make your registration through EDAS, kindly select the tutorials that you wish to attend during the registration. The topics of the tutorials can be viewed from MICC2017 website at the following URL: http://micc2017.comvt.org/tutorial/. You are required to select the preferred tutorial sessions that you want to attend through EDAS during the registration process. If you make your registration (payment) through fund transfer, appreciate to provide us the slot of the tutorial(s) that you wish to attend when you submit your proof of payment to us.

If there any non-presenter that interested to join the tutorial only, they can register to the tutorial only at specific rate. Kindly refer to registration website: http://micc2017.comvt.org/fees/

C) Non-presenter registration

The Non-presenter registration is available to anyone that interested to attend this conference. Kindly refer to MICC2017 website for further information.

D) Guidelines for final camera-ready paper submission


The following information is provided to help you with the preparation and submission of the final camera ready paper before it can be published in MICC2017 conference proceedings.

In order for your paper to be successfully included in MICC2017 conference proceedings, it is required that you strictly follow the following instructions:

Step 1. Your final paper has to follow the Full Paper Template. The length of final paper should be no more than 6 pages in A4 size, including figures, tables and references.

Step 2. Your final paper must be converted to PDF format using http://www.pdf-express.org/ using 41448X as the conference ID.

Step 3. Upon conversion, please upload the PDF file to http://edas.info/N23293

Step 4 . You are also required to sign and complete the IEEE Electronic Copyright Transfer Form (eCF). To do so, choose ‘My Papers’ tab in EDAS system and click the ‘Copyright’ column of your paper. Please note that failure to follow the above instructions may result in your paper to be excluded from the symposium proceeding.

Please submit the final manuscript in the final form of PDF. The dateline for uploading your final manuscript is on 30th October 2017.

  2. We have announced the REGISTRATION FEES for MICC2017. Each registration can cover up to TWO papers under the same AUTHOR. Please refer here for the information related to FEES. All registered authors will eligible to ATTEND the one day TUTORIAL program by renown speaker. Details related to TUTORIAL will be announced very soon. THUS, all potential authors are invited to submit the paper to this conference.

IEEE Malaysia International Conference on Communications (MICC2017)
28-30 November 2017, Johor Bahru, MALAYSIA
IEEE MICC 2017 will be held at Johor Bahru, Malaysia, 28-30 November 2017. Located in the city of southern Malaysia,  IEEE MICC 2017 will exhibit an exciting technical program highlighting recent progress in all major areas of communications. IEEE MICC 2017 will also feature high-quality Tutorials and Workshops, Industry Panels and Exhibitions, as well as Keynotes from prominent research and industry leaders.

We are now open for technical paper submission, proposal submission for Industrial Forum & Exhibition, proposal for Tutorials and proposals for Workshops.

Authors are invited to submit papers in all areas of communications, networks, services and applications. Potential topics are solicited in but are not limited to the following categories:

Submission Guidelines
All papers will be peer-reviewed and accepted papers of MICC 2017 will  be submitted to IEEE Xplore listing. Paper submission process will be managed by EDAS at http://edas.info/N23293. Papers should be a maximum of six (6) pages including figures, tables, references and appendices. Prospective authors are expected to present their papers at the conference, and at least one author must register at the full rate for publication.
